Urgent Hiring: Experienced Housemaid Oman

Job Context

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable private family in Muscat, Oman, seeking dedicated and hygienic housemaids to join their household. The family provides a respectful and supportive working environment. This is a live-in position with a 2-year renewable contract as per Oman labor laws. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable home.
Job Responsibility
- Perform general cleaning including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming all rooms and living areas
- Ensure bathrooms and toilets are cleaned and disinfected daily
- Manage all laundry duties: washing, drying, ironing, and organizing clothes and linens
- Assist in meal preparation and simple cooking as directed by the employer
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and manage groceries
- Take care of children, including feeding, bathing, and supervising their safety when required
- Empty wastebaskets and dispose of rubbish regularly
- Keep the household organized and report any maintenance issues
Educational Requirement

Minimum basic education with ability to read and understand simple instructions. Grade 6 pass or equivalent is acceptable.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 1-2 years verifiable experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or childcare
- Candidates with Gulf experience will be given preference but not mandatory
- Fresh candidates with formal housekeeping training may also apply
